5 Reasons Why Neil Young’s Current Tour Is One of His Best in Decades
“For the first time in his career, Young is being backed by group that grew up playing air guitar to “Down by the River” in their childhood bedrooms. These aren’t grizzled veterans that have been burned by Young time and time again, but twentysomethings that can’t believe their luck to be on this journey. Neil Young has been part of the musical landscape for well over 50 years. Later this year he will hit 70, and that’s what makes his more than two-and-a-half hour set at Red Rocks all the more impressive.

JANUARY 8th, 2015 – We have an incredible announcement to make. Neil Young has honored us by asking us to accompany him on his next recording project! Unfortunately, this means we have to reschedule all of our shows in January except the 17th, but we promise we will make it up to you and in the meantime we will be creating some beautiful music for you all to enjoy. Just as a fun fact, the band actually started when Anthony Logerfo and I met at a Neil Young concert…and the name “Promise of the Real” comes from the lines of a Neil Young song called “Walk On”
“Some get stoned, some get strange…
Sooner or later, it all gets real..
